The MSI packages downloaded by the updater are stored into the roaming profile of the current user under Windows, i.e. C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Atlassian under Windows 7.

Those packages are quite big and cause serious impact when working with roaming profiles, either increased logoff times while the profile is synced or no sync at all when the profile already hit its quota.

Please move those files into either the local profile (C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Atlassian) or, even better, make them temporary files that don't bloat the roaming profile and additionally get cleaned up after a successful installation.
