Interactive Rebase does not work if there is a "fixup!" commit

      When there is a commit which begins with "fixup! " and I select either "Interactive Rebase" from the "Repository" main menu or right click on a commit and select "Rebase children of ... interactively" the GUI hangs indefinitely.
