Cannot authenticate with valid password from installer

      I am unable to authenticate onto Atlassian with a valid email/password pair. The password works fine on the web site but does not work on the installer. I have tried many times, rebooted, changed the password, etc. I cannot get through.

      I cannot use 2.5.5 because I cannot install the required .NET version on my Win10 computer.
