Any Windows version we have at my company (7, 8.X, 10, Server 2012 R2) has this issue.
We are running Bitbucket 5.3.1 in an AWS cloud, with Crowd as the account management. Bitbucket and Crowd work swell, as do the other tools (Jira/Jama/Confluence/Artifactory).
It is all HTTPS communication only; the company has prohibited SSH for now on Bitbucket.

Severity 2 - Major
Description
It is not possible to set up Windows SourceTree to connect to our Bitbucket Server. This is happening for all users who are creating accounts these days. Users are extremely frustrated, and our support (my team) is unable to help them because not only is it hard to figure out what is wrong, there also are no good web pages in Atlassian support that discuss the issue.
Version 2.4.7.0, after taking all the account and server info and the "Continue" button is clicked, does nothing after greying out the "Continue" button. No error message. No popup window. There is no way to know what is wrong. If you change any of the fields a little bit, you can try again, and the same plain old nothing will happen.
Not-too-old previous versions give an error "The hostname could not be parsed." Well, the URI works for my Mac and Linux versions of SourceTree, so Windows SourceTree is not telling the truth.
To complicate matters, if you skip account creation, selecting "clone in SourceTree" from a Bitbucket server repo's web page works fine. But that is not enough; we need the accounts to work properly too.
I've attached a short video showing the issue.
