Couldn't install SourceTree on Windows 10

      I've upgraded the operating system to Windows 10, and it's a clean installation with new hard drive.

      I couldn't install SourceTree Ver. 2.4.7.0, and also tried other version (2.1.11.0 and 2.3.5.0) to fail (same errors).

      Enclosed is my error log.

      My issue is similar to the issue SRCTREEWIN-7255, but it is still unresolved.
