SourceTree ignores git config gui.encoding

      SourceTree use only text encoding settings specified in Options->General->Repo Settings->Default text encoding. And ignores option specified in git config gui.encoding

      I've got 2 repos with different encodings, so I have to choose wich one will be shown normally and wich one not.
