Optional Extended Integration settings disappear on restart of SourceTree.

      Have same issue reported in SRCTREEWIN-6954.  Every time I open up SourceTree I have to enter the optional extended integration again. It disappears on every restart of the app.  I notice this whenever I need to make a pull request.
