The "Add" link of accounts disappears in several language settings

Tools -> Options -> Authentication -> Accounts

The "Add" link should exist here exactly to add accounts, but it doesn't if I use SourceTree in Japanese.

As long as I tried, It disappears in most language settings. I can see it only in English or Indonesian.
