hgflow gives errors when using embedded mercurial

      When using embedded mercurial (version 4.3.1) hgflow gives several issues.

      First issue occurs when initializing the repository. hgflow.py gives an error. See error.txt for details

      The other issue occurs when finishing a hotfix or release. The hotfix/release name is blank and the OK button remains greyed out.

      Workaround

      Switching to system mercurial (version 4.0.2) fixes both issues.
