When attempting to clone a remote repository nothing happens if you click the Clone link without first selecting the repository in the repository list.

If you select the repository and click the Clone link the clone action is opened as expected.

The clone link should work irrespective of if a repository in the list is selected. In fact given the only thing you can do from the list is clone a repository there's really no reason that items in the list should be selectable.
