SourceTree sometimes does not show diff (on text files)

      Sometimes SourceTree does not show diff files for text files.

      When I manually do the diff I see that there are several lines (with text) are removed. The encoding is "UCS-2 Little Endian".

      But SourceTree only says "No changes detected or binary file".
