When the commit button is pressed, nothing happens.

"Push changes immediately to <branch>" is greyed out.

After an unspecified amount of time (many seconds, occasionally minutes) "Push changes immediately to <branch>" goes back to fully black, and then a commit can proceed.

When in the greyed out state, I can commit my changes via commandline just fine.
