Push-dialog is not getting appropriate focus. Steps to reproduce

1) Stage changes and write a commit-message

2) Press Ctrl+return to add the commit

3) Press Ctrl+shift+p to open the Push-dialog

4) Try to press Return (to perform the push-operation) and see that the focus is still on the (now empty) commit-dialog below (in which a new line has now been added)

The focus should be changed to the "Push"-button when the dialog is opened.
