UI glitches in title bar of sourcetree v2.1.9.0

I am not sure what version it at what version if started to occur I am afraid. 

But when source-tree changed its UI to have the menus on the title bar I started to have some UI glitches where the menu would disappear , only becoming visible when hovering with the mouse and also the minimize, maximise and close buttons on the title would revert back to windows styles, also returning to the source-tree style when hovering.

Has this been reported previously?

PS: on windows 7
