Each time I click Tools -> Options -> Authentication I see it loading the content (which seems outdated to be honest) and then the whole app crashes.

I suspect somehow the data it is loading is corrupted. Where does it get the data from?

What do you need to debug that crash? I submitted it a few times, will reproduce again and include this issues ID. (Done.)
