Can't resize window from the top

    Description

      I can't seem to resize the window from the top edge, only bottom and left/right, normal windows allow me to resize in any direction... this becomes a real problem when i need to resize the window on a smaller screen as i can't move the window high enough to reach the bottom of the window...
