    Description

      If you are operating offline, because you are e. g. travelling or have a VPN running with restricted internet access, then SourceTree is staring quite slowly, because it runs into a timeout.

      Ultimately, once the timeout has been exceeded, this window will show:

       

      This should be put into a task that is non-blocking to the opening of the UI.
