The redesigned UI is terrible. It has many severe usability issues.

1. The Folders Metaphor is broken. All Folders always shows everything in all the folders. But if you move something into a custom folder, it is still there in All Folders. And there is no "Unclassified" folder where you can see only the items that have not been moved to another folder.
2. The Add folder button always creates a new folder called "New Folder". Then I have to do 3 clicks to get to rename it. And then I have to manually wipe out all the letters of "New Folder". 
3. The spacing on the folders view is too broad. I cannot see half as much stuff as I could before. Vertical space is precious; please don't waste it with extraneous white space.
4. The tabbed metaphor makes it hard to discover the All Folders view. Once I open a project/repo, the All Folders view (I don't know what you call it since I cannot find any reference to it in the menus or buttons) dissappears and I cannot find a way to get it back so that I can open another repo. 

I am tired of complaining so I'll stop here. This is just after trying it for a few minutes. I'm already really pissed off with what you have done to it. Besides, I'm not convinced you care. You have made it so hard to provide any feedback that I'm guessing you are actively discouraging it. It took me about 10 minutes of clicking around, following circular links, before I found somewhere I could send you any info. I didn't really want to open a JIRA ticket for this but you forced me to. And when I clicked on CREATE in the JIRA UI, I got a spinner going round and round and round forever. I had to hack the page URL to get it to come back.
