Add checkbox to include untracked files

Issue first reported here: SRCTREEWIN-3116

The original request was that the user wanted a checkbox implemented for git stash -u and that still hasn't been implemented in the current version. This is a very useful feature, and I agree with him that stashing untracked files is very useful, particularly before switching to another branch.
