When doing a fetch, with the prune branches no longer on remote option checked, show message about unmerged branch?

If there is a branch which has been removed on the remote, however it has not been fully merged in then sourcetree will not remove it, however there is also no message to signify this, perhaps one could be displayed or some sort of notifications area to display the message to be looked at etc?
