Can't drag window when maximized

    Description

      In Windows, it is customary that dragging the title bar of a maximized window will un-maximize the window and allow it to be dragged. I find this quite useful to drag a maximized application from one display to another.

      SourceTree 2.x fails to respond to such attempts.
