Not prompt for username/password for remote repository via HTTP

    • Only SourceTree.  Remote repository is accessed via HTTP with user/password authentication.   

    • Severity 1 - Critical

    Description

      When I would like to pull from a remote repository, I got 

      git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false -c credential.helper=manager-st fetch origin

      fatal: Authentication failed for 'http://omitted'

      SourceTree never prompts me for username and password.  I have deleted "Saved password" under tab Authentication in window : Tools -> Options 

      I could access the remote repository via web browser without problem
