      Windows 10

      English language picked in Options

      Default system language is french

    • Severity 3 - Minor

After upgrading to 2.1.2.4 (from a prompt by Sourcetree itself) and restarting Sourcetree, the UI is in french. However English is still shown as the language in Options.

This was also a problem for the last few upgrades I went through (don't know the version numbers though).

      Workaround :

      1. go to Options, set Language to Automatic, restart.
      2. go to Options, set Language to English, restart.

This is a pretty strong deterrent to upgrading.
