When I'm in a branch, it's very hard visually to keep track what are the changes for that branch:

things to notice:
1- all commits that "end up" in that branch have yellow background, so visually it's easier to follow up
2 - the branch line has one color (same as SourceTree) but all others are grayed out and that makes it really easy to visually check the descriptions.
