It looks like Sourcetree doesn't allow you to click anything until every repo will be initialized.
It should be like that, it should allow to do something with current open repository, and other could be initialized in async mode.

Right now as workaround I've put repositories in folder and collapse it before exit. But it still too long to open such folder, since on opening it also blocks UI until every repo will be initialized.
