Cursor not present in SourceTree when not using single native display.

    • Severity 2 - Major

      An example:
      Step 1: Right mouse on a local branch and click Rename
      Step 2: Rename dialog appears and the text input is highlighted
      Step 3: Click in the text to position the cursor
      Step 4: Highlight disappears, BUT THERE IS NO visible cursor.
