In previous SourceTree clients the doubleclick on a file just opened it with the Windows associated program for that extension. With the new 2.0.20.1 version this is just possible now in the context menu selecting "Open Selected Version".

This is a medium usability degradation for us because most of our team used to open files regularly using the doubleclick and switching to SourceTree 2.x reported as an issue.

[SRCTREEWIN-7250] Doubleclick on file in selected commit should open it like "Open Selected Version"

Confirmed as fixed in the 2.1.7.0 release.

Is fixed in version 2.1.4.0 of the SourceTree Beta - now files can again be opened by double-click from the file list in the Log / History window.
