Option git config file not persistent

Hello,

When I untick "Allow SourceTree to modify your global Git And Mercurial config files" (Tools | Options | General), when I restart sourcetree the option has already ticked.

I use 2.0.19.1  sourcetree version.

It's a real problem because when I reopen sourcetree I lost my git config and in some case we can't use git if I lost my cfg ...
