Diff for files with Unix Line endings (LF) shows nothing

      Some files in a project have unix line endings (LF) and SourceTree is unable to show a diff in changes to those files. 

      SourceTree also fails to open the diff using the "External Diff" menu item or CTRL+D.

      The same diff manually opened using an external tool (WinMerge) shows the diff properly.
