Operations - Additional command modifiers

Something that may be useful for people who do things in custom ways etc, would be the ability to define either an override to the commands used in SourceTree (with placeholders that can be put in for SourceTree to use).

Or the ability to add additional command arguments which then are attached to the operations that source tree carries out.
