Add an option to the 'Fetch' button so we can dismiss the dialog

After pressing the Fetch button, a dialog pops up. It would be nice to have a checkbox like "Save preferences and don't show this dialog again" so we don't need to see that dialog every time we click on fetch.

At the moment it's always necessary to click OK even if the settings didn't change.
