When looking at working copy, every time I press F5 Files jump to and from the staging area

• I first saw the issue after upgrading to version 2.0.18.1.
• The issue happens constantly
• I don't know if I am the only affected user
• I just have to go to "working copy", and do any action that triggers a refresh (like moving changes to and from the stagin area or pressing F5)
• I just upgraded

I can confirm that it's no actually moving files in and out the staging area (I check via the cli), but the ui is jumpy and is having some issues showing which files are where
