Steps to reproduce:

• tick "Always display full console output" in Tools>Options>General
• create a Custom Action and leave "Show full output" unticked

Expected behaviour:
-Full output is shown for git Actions and Full output is NOT shown for Custom Actions
Actual behaviour:
-Full output is shown for both git Actions and Custom Actions

Additional Info:
When the General setting is unticked and the Custom-Action setting is ticked, the Full output is NOT shown for Git Actions but shown for Custom-Actions, which is what I would expect.

But it should work the other way round, too, i.e, the setting in Custom Actions always overrides the General setting.
