Stage view sometimes hides files with changes, potentially causing incomplete commits

With a number of outstanding changes in the staging view, when the view refreshes (either automatically or by pressing F5), the files listed will both reorder themselves seemingly randomly, and occasionally one of the files will disappear from the staging view. Refreshing again will generally bring the file back, but will occasionally hide a different file.

If any actions are taken for all files such as stage all, the hidden file will not be included, potentially leading to incomplete commits or other important operations.

This would be a complete showstopper for getting the rest of my team on 2.0
