Repository Settings: "Use global user settings" not remembered

      1. Go to Repository Settings > Advanced
      2. Check "Use global user settings". Name and email change to global values 
      3. Press OK
      4. Go to Repository Settings > Advanced
      5. "Use global user settings" is now unchecked. 

      This is just a visual problem. The repo details do update if the global ones are changed.
