"Show in Explorer" can open infinite explorer windows, compromising OS stability

      Steps to reproduce:

      Create new git project from local directory with a folder in it (don't commit)

      Switch to tree view

      Right click unstaged folder and click "Show in Explorer"

      Make sure to save your work, I haven't been able to stop new explorer windows opening before the OS becomes unresponsive and eventually crashes.
