In Repository Settings, on the Advanced tab, I define a commit text link for our JIRA server.  When I installed the 2.0.7.1 beta of SourceTree, this commit text link was not preserved, and I had to re-enter it for the repository.  It appears that SourceTree is deleting this setting in the beta, because every time I have closed and re-opened the beta so far, the commit text link is always gone again.  This is still true with the current 2.0.11.1 beta. If I go back the 1.9.10.0 release after running the beta, I have to re-enter the commit text link.
