Before you could use the /extract switch but now it looks like SourceTree uses the GitHub Squirrel installer.

While this may be fine for single users it is completely awful for controlled Enterprise environments.

Our users don't have permissions to execute unknown executables so they can't install SourceTree themselves. We have software deployment servers for this purpose.
