Pending Files, sorted by path doesn't always keep sorting

      When using the sort option "Path alphabetically" files are sometimes sorted in a non-path-alphabetical way".  Sometimes it seems like it's sorting by file names instead (I had one path zhs-CHS/C.xml" which was by another file C.xml").  It may be related to files that are modified after the sort has been applied.
