When cloning or pulling from a git repo that contains submodules (links to other repos), it prompts me for credentials for those submodules each time it hits one.  The problem is that the Authenticate dialog pops up underneath the main window so I can't see it unless I move the main window or look at the launch bar for windows and see a second SourceTree window there.  If I don't notice it has popped up quick enough, the operation will time out.
