I start SourceTree from a pinned icon on my taskbar. I run it maximised on my secondary monitor.

I would expect that if I close it and then restart the application, it would re-open maximised on my secondary monitor. Instead it opens maximised on my primary monitor.

If I don't maximise it, then it remembers which screen it was open on correctly.
