Source Tree doens't recognize embedded git after changing to utf-16

      Summary

      After changing Default text encoding to utf-16 and restart SourceTree, SourceTree unable to find the path to Git directory (Embedded and Git).

      It prompts with a dialog to setup Git/Mercurial.
      All the option (except "I don't want to use Git/Mercurial") doesn't work as it will keep prompting the setup dialog after clicking it.

      Environment

      Windows 10

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Tools>Options>Default Text Encoding and change to UTF-16
      2. Restart SourceTree

      Workaround

      Click "I don't want to use Git/Mercurial" then change the encoding back to UTF-8
