UI Encoding error while viewing with Windows-1251 encoding

      I configured Tools>Options>Default text encoding=Windows-1251
      But Sourcetree show weird character instead of Cyrillic letters in branch names, commit messages, file and folder names

      In diff view and source view, the Cyrillic character looks fine but not the other part of UI
