When my repository is located in folder, that have in name folder path diacritics (for example ě, š, č, ř, ž, ý, á, í or é), will not start interactive rebase (still is loading – see attach).

In attach I prepared test with and without diacritics in folder name. Rebase children of 28a245c in first test do not execute, in second test is OK.
