In previous versions of SourceTree once you press CTRL+SHIFT+C to "Commit All" comment box would be focused.

Now this happens only if that fragment is opened or refocused. If you press CTRL+SHIFT+C and then CTRL+ALT+SHIFT++ to add all files to Staged comment box will no longer be focused.

You can't refocus it with CTRL+ALT+C - rather you now need to move mouse.

Also, focus is now lost on CTRL+ALT+SHIFT++ dialog - by default it is on Cancel rather than OK, so instead of single Enter to confirm user needs to SHIFT+TAB and then Enter.
