Explorer toolbar button disabled

      With a repository open and active in SourceTree the Explorer toolbar button (situated between the Terminal and Settings toolbar buttons) is always disabled.\

      However the "Show in Explorer" menu item on the top-level Actions menu is functional.

      Also, the "Open in Explorer" button that appears below the "Nothing to commit" message in the "File Status" view is also functional.
