Frozen option window when enabling spell checker

Steps to reproduce:

• open a repository with modified files
• Go to tab 'File Status'
• Type in a commit message
• Go to Tools => Options
• Tick box 'Spell check commit message' (in my case the selected language is 'in English (GB)'

Behaviour: Application freezes; after killing the option window using the task manager the application seems to work again.
