FIPS-compliant hash issue with md5 in 0.9.3

      Windows 7 64-bit, no internet connection

      Version 0.9.2.3 does not have this issue. After upgrading to 0.9.3 on a machine offline, I get a crash. The log file indicates the issue is with computing the MD5 hash. Previous issues with this were due to gravatar images, but checking the user.config shows the EnableGravatar setting is False. Log file attached.
