I'd like to quickly run a custom action with a single click, like a script that just calls "git rebase dev" to rebase my work on the latest dev branch.

Initially, the custom actions menu item is just a menu item and clicking it does absolutely nothing. It looks and feels broken.

At the very least, it should have a sub menu item like "edit custom actions"; otherwise, I think the button is broken and don't even realize I have to go into "Settings" to set up custom actions.

Custom actions are useful, but hard to reach in a menu. It would be nice if we could create a button for them on the main button panel at the top of source tree so we can reach a custom action with one click.
