Test option present in 'Tools' menu

      Windows 7, SourceTree freshly updated to 1.9.5.0.

      An unexpected entry is present in the 'Tools' menu for testing notifications. Clicking on it opens a series of messaging popups, of varying types. I've attached an animated GIF image which shows the entry and the popups.
